These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your stay at The Infinity Hotel. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.
Booking and Identification
- All guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. PAN cards are generally not accepted as address proof.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission if proper identification is not provided.
Check-in and Check-out
- Standard Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Standard Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately. The Infinity Hotel reserves the right to evict any guest causing a disturbance, behaving illegally, or damaging hotel property. The cost of repairing any damage to the room, banquet, or hotel premises caused by the guest will be charged directly to the guest.
Liability
The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal valuables left in the room or public areas.
